Today morning I had a sudden pain in my shoulders which is radiating to my back and chest as well, every movement is leading to pain. I have been doing a cold and hot compress since a morning also applied a few ointments for pain relief. Since I did not find any relief all day I had a combiflam post dinner but it doesn't seem to help much. I have been trying slow neck exercises also since morning. Please help me fix this pain the radiation is causing unrest and tension to me.

Even though your history is so short, still as you say, neck pain with radiation pain fit to c spine problems. Those respond well to pregabalin tab rather than combiflam. Try it and see. At least we will know clinical, then you can go for the mri scan neck.
