Hello Dr. I am 19 years old I have myopia at the age 10 years my refractive power changing for every 6 months so now I am not able to see an object at least from 3metres clearly I frequently use mobile and laptop how can I control to maintain a constant power now my refractive power of left eye is 3.75 and the right one with 2.75 can you advise me to take necessary action and drops or capsules.
