Hello, My brother had congenital heart diseases so he had under gone through open heart surgery congenital heart disease vsd with severe ph, lt,-rt shunt, without ccf, nyha in year 1999 so now 20 year are completed is there any chance of heart disease? Or any complications like reoccurring of congenital heart disease please let me know.
