I get pus filled itchy pimples on scalp recurrently since last 3 years I was prescribed gudcef 200 and it works but after 15-20 days it gets back I want to cure this thing permanently my face skin has also discolored to black from cheeks bit worried kindly guide.

Please avoid repeating antibiotics frequently. If it is working that means it is a infectious cause. Please visit a dermatologist near your place and tell doc about getting a pus swab test for culture, when you have the pus pimples on scalp. After the test it will be easier for your dermatologist to give you an antibiotic which will be best effective. Please also use an antiseptic lotion - cetrimide lotion for cleaning of scalp thrice a week.(after the test)
