I am having severe insomnia from last 15 days. Went to doc. He gave alprax .25 mg for 5 days. The problem is I can't sleep even after taking medicine. Infact I see dreams or hallucinate early morning around 3 am. I usually take pill at 10 pm n go to bed. M wide awake whole night. Got all blood urine sugar thyroid tested. All are normal. Why this is happening all of a sudden. When I lay down my heartbeat becomes fast n can feel it. Having no tension also. please help. I literally cry in the night.
