I understand there are few ocd patients who are difficult to treat but still it depends on treatment combination and doses which work for most of the patients along with psychotherapy. Ketamine has no evidence for ocd treatment yet however if your psychiatrist has experience with this therapy in his patients and got good results you may discus it with him. All the best.

Ketaminr has evidence as shirt acting antidepressant. It would be better if you have mentioned all the meciations tried for OCD and duration of taking the same. Also thought strategies can be combined. Good luck
