I had dental braces for about 2 and a half years. I maintained good dental hygiene, but a few of my teeth have yellowed. I have heard that teeth whitening with chemicals is bad for the teeth and you can loose the calcium. Is there any way through which I can get them whitened? Also, are whitening strips good?
