I am aged 70 years and suffering from bhp since last 5 years. I was on tab veltam f and veltam plus till three months back and used some ayurvedic medicines with no reduction in existed symptoms. The psa tested on 19 dec ?19 was 6.42 ng/ml and on 23 jan ?20 it is on higher side of 11.17 ng/ml. In 2018 dre was carried out when psa level was 9.25 ng/ml by consulting urologist telling not to worry and advised veltam plus for 3 months. Kindly advise whether I have to undergo dre again or other course of treatment.
