Mujhe 1.5 month se lower back pain hai. Maine xray krwya tha 1 month back usme sab normal hai. Pain killer se thoda sa kam hota hai but khatam nhi hota. Ye pain lower back k right or left dono side hota hai. Maine etorica medicinde and nuromark medicine kha kr dekh li but khuch nhi ho raha hai. Pain baithne par jyada hota hai. Standing or sleeping position par kam hota hai. Pain mai aisa lgta hai koi niddle maar rha hai. Chubne wala dard hai. Please doctor help me. Ye kya problem ho skti hai. Or mujhe kya krna chahiye. Mai bahot problem mai iski wajah se.
