My age is 37 I suffered heart attack in jan 2017 was done angiography blood clot burster was given in which clot got broke after that everything was going on ok on 6th jan 2020 2d echo was done which came normal with lvef 50% no blood clot was seen ecg was normal. Dr. wrote tablet razel a75 daily one now from last 2 days I am feeling slight pain in my left arm muscles which making me worry alot few month same thing was happening our family doctor said me take tablet palsinuron n tablet sallaki Mr. after taking 2 days pain went away but now it again started which making me worry please suggest what should I do. Or should I do some more test or should I go to cardiologist again. Only pain in left arm muscle no other pain or symptom please guide me.
