I am rahul. I have been suffering from wrist pain during the lifting wrights in the gym and I left gym and it's been over 3 months and imi get relief but it exaggerates anytime and I feel pain only when I lift weight or extend my wrist, do handstand. So what can I do to cure ulnar sided wrist pain sometimes it occurs with a pinky finger.
