I take olanzapine 2.5 mg twice daily for augmentation of my mood, I suffer from dysphoria and anxiety. The morning dose of olanzapine makes me feel tired mentally. Thus can I take the full dosage = 2.5 2 i.e 5 mg at night? Is it okay to take full 5 mg dosage at night or it will be too high for one time? Thank you. Taking counseling as well.

5 mg olanzapine at night can be given. Check with your psychiatrist if there is any particular reason he/she has given you olanzapine in divided doses. If not inform them about your side effects. They will surely take care of it by making olanzepine 5 mg in night.
