I am 45-year-old women and having a problem with wbc?s for long and they remain between mobile. From last one year, I feel vertigo. Initially, I was treated for bppv and later for meniere disease but I was told that I don?t fit on the basic requirements to qualify for meniere disease. However, my recent mri brain suggests that I have small extra-axial csf 12.4 x 10. 8 mm in dimension intensity non-contrast enhancing focus causing mild compression upon the right pyramid of medulla oblongata concerning for small arachnoid cyst. Is it dangerous and what is the treatment.
