Can telma 80h can be taken empty stomach on getting up in the morning. I am taking telma 80h for last 3 months in the morning with amlong 5 mg and concur 5 in the night, my bp is suddenly showing 90/157 on getting up in the morning.

Usually we advise after breakfast and dinner. Avoid fatty foods. Salt restricted diet drink plenty of water. Brisk walking at least 30 min daily recheck bp.
