I am 64 year old female have an ecg. Diagnosis info is 800 sinus rhythm, 701 poor r wave progression (v2, v3) 132 low voltage chest leads. Is this normal or any problem?

Ecg is a diagnostic tool that is routinely used to assess the electrical and muscular functions of the heart.
