What is serenace 0.25 mg used for? I was given this by my psychiatrist for depression and anxiety is it ok? Another psychiatrist told me this is for fear psychosis. I do not have fear psychosis. Please clarify I am very paranoid.

Seranace is basically for psychosis but dose for psychosis is always more than 5 mg in adults. The dose which is given to you is very low which is given for anxiety or sleep. However this dose doesn't help in depression. Still your psychiatrist is the best person to judge your condition based on your evaluation. You can discuss these concern with him. All the best.
