Hello, thanks for the query madam I have seen the details given. You have just given fasting glucse levels, there is no mention of pp glucose at all. Plus it is important to know hba1c% too. Then only one can understand how the overall control is there. If fasting so high, then it is very difficult to get pp in the normal range. Please come back with following information: fasting, pp & hba1c%, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise being done, height and weight, lipid profile and bp readings. It is better if you come in a private conversation (paid consultation), then I will be able to give specific guidance and even prescribe if any drugs are needed. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, no medicines can be recommended. If not keen on online consultation, then please get the treatment upgraded with your local physician. Ideally fasting glucose should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% <6.5%. Thanks.
