Good morning. So I keep having this weird bowel movement like am about to have diarrhoea. But not at all. Comes with this nauseated feeling. Plus a weird taste in my mouth almost metallic, acidic, don't k ow really. But the taste comes and goes. Ran a pregnancy test but came out negative. Or was the results wrong? Help!
