My son have constant problem regarding the stomach worms we have used the available medicines in market but after some time the same problem persist please give me some suggestions.

You have to give good quality deworming medicines daily for 7 nights then monthly for few months. Change the water, always use filter or per-boiled water. Use vegetables after washing thoroughly with boiled water. It is a sanitation/ hygeine problem. I hope he does not eat mud.
