I have suffering from ocd in since 3 years I taking treatment in hospital & I take escitalopram tablet but no use. But can be cure completely ocd.

Escitalopram is not the medication of choice. There are others like fluoxetine, fluvoxamine and clomipramine which the psychiatrist would select based on your medical condition, sometimes augmenting is needing to the primary medication. Good luck.

Hello, normally ocd needs a higher dose of medicines than that are used normally for depression, for example, with escitalopram, it needs 20 mg. Fluoxetine between 80-120 mg or fluvoxamine 100-200 mg is effective also. Some people who do not respond to a single medicine, for them, the dose can be augmented with a low dose atypical antipsychotic or with a low dose mood stabilizer, or sometimes with addition of a tca like clomipramine to the ssri. Also try undergoing a few sessions of cbt from a qualified clinical psycologist alongwith medicines.
