I have anxiety and depression since last 15 year and try several allopathic medicine. Presently taking nexito forte 10 mg, petril beta 10 mg in morning and evening and mirtazapine 7.5 mg in night. Another doctor suggest me to take nexito forte 10 mg, ciplar 10 mg and pexep cr 12.5 mg in morning and evening to control my symptoms. Please suggest which combination of medicinanxiety and depression problem.

15 years is a long duration you will need to take antidepressants and anxiolytics for a good continuous course of atleast 1-2 years and if you have done that course already ,then you may need to have it a bit more longer than 2 years to become symptom free. The medicines that you have listed seem fine take either one prescription of any one doctor you will start feeling better. But do it sincerely, a continuous intake of medicines is needed no drop outs help.
