Hi doctor I don't know I have a psychological problem some times if i'm walking in street if I see a dog I feel like it scratched my leg and went i'm sometimes out of reality and if I see a burning flame I feel like I touched it and it burnt me but in reality nothing happened so please help me to cope with these false beliefs and accept the reality please help me with my problem please.
