Rheumatoid arthritis for 7 years. Now on dmard (hcqs, saaz and leflunomide), depo medrol injection in right ankle (intra articular). Now right ankle synovitis again, please advice? And hcqs finished and not available in market, what any other option of hcqs?

Thanks for your message. Well firstly I would like to modify her dmards. Probably we should methotrexate in combination with other drugs unless she has had intolerance to it. Yes hcqs has run out of stock in view of current corona crisis. But hopefully it will be back in stock. It has a long lasting effect so will stay in your system for couple of weeks.
