My brother has rheumatoid arthritis. He taking remicade injection once or twice a year. He has this problem for almost 12 years. But now he having pain on chest bones fully. He had taken xray and blood esr. Both are good. But his pain is increasing and he cannot able to breathe normally.

Chest pain does not occur in rheumatoid arthritis. There must be other reason for that. For it consult your rheumatologist, he will be able to tell you the answer.
