I have lumbar spondylosis and and I have seen on internet that being flexible and touching toes everyday is good fr health n fitness. I do feel good after doing this but need to know if it is safe since I have lower back problems, but I do not feel any pain or discomfort when doing this. So is it safe to do this everyday and will it not cause any side effects of problems later on in life? Appreciate an early response wth suggestions and advice. I am 53 years old but live an active life. Thank you.
