??????, I am thyroid patient since ?? years. Now I am 40 years old. I took dose 100 mg per day eltroxin tablet. On17/3/2020 I have checked my routine thyroid. In this report observed values were ft3. 2.68 pg/ml. Ft 4.1.29 ng/do and tsh 0.77 nu/ml. So I request, to suggest me about regular dose. Thanking you. If it is possible, I will attach the report dated 17/3/2020.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. Tsh level 0.77 mu/l is quite low, even though within the normal limit. Ideally it should be maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l. You may have to reduce the dose by 12.5 mcg to 87.5 mcg, per day, then check tsh after 6 weeks to see if desired level is attained. If yes then continue that dosage.
