Hello sir my name sriram age 23 yrs generally my lips are in medium black in colour suddenly they started changing colour and it looks ugly they are changing from black to pink and the upper layer is removing I consulted one doctor he is not skin specialist but he told this is a disease and he had given an ointment named "fluticasone cream flutivate skin cream" and the other suggested" vitamin c" serum which can I use or is there any other creams or other procedure to cure this please can you suggest the good one.
