Dear Shadab, You are on a couple of antidepressants, one mood stabilizer and an anxiolytic. The doses of the antidepressants may be increased further if the present doses are ineffective for you. Please talk to your prescribing doctor about the same. It may take a couple of weeks after the dose change for your mood to improve. Also look up "Behavioral activation" , it is a technique wherein you schedule activities daily as a way to uplift your mood. Take care and get well soon.

It seems with the above set of medications your depression is not under control, kindly discuss other options and medications with your psychiatrist. Some newer ones have come. If not possible get a second opinion and follow for 3 months and see of it is any better. Good luck.
