Dear Mohd, Please write in detail so that you can get a proper answer. For treating depression, Pari cr dose need to be adjusted to an effective dose. One can start with 10 or 12.5 mg. After 2-3 weeks, it needs to be increased. At times she may need cognitive behaviour therapy in addition.

Pari cr 12.5 in just minimum dose ,that dose is not sufficient to treat depression ,if it is depression .just by stopping pari cr one may not develop depression. First point is that the diagnosis is not clear .i suggest you may consult a psychiatrist first to confirm the diagnosis then continue with treatment.
