I am taking fluvoxamine 100 mg twice, clomipramine 75 mg twice, amisulpride 50 mg in night and bupropion 300 mg in morning. I am taking these for ocd. Whenever I do moderate to intense physical activity I start feeling like confusion and problem in focusing. My mind become high. Do not know why this happens. I am taking these medicines from last 1 to 2 years.

The symptoms appears to be side effect of medication. But the dose prescribed to you indicates that you might have severe ocd.
