Pancreoflat is given for pancreatitis patients to improve digestion and gain some weight. It also reduces loose motions in these patients. Also in patients with pancreatitis diabetes is very common. So there is no harm in diabetic patients taking pancreoflat.

Yes .u can continue with the pancreaoflat. It's usually given in exocrine insufficiency patient. Can continue with antidiabetic drug.
