important instructions for care-giver of the patient. A) in schizophrenia you need to continue medicines for at least 2 years. If not done properly disease may worsen and will cause problems again and again. B) during initial 6 months doctor should be consulted every 15-20 days. By doing this we can discuss benefit of medicines and side effects if any. Based on this discussion changes can be made to your treatment course. C) as medicine's complete action is mostly delayed by 2-6 months, have patience. But slowly and slowly most symptoms and most patients improve. If medicines alone does not get the patient better other options can be added to the treatment. Like, changing to newer medicines, adding counselling and psychotherapy to treatment, psychological rehabilitation etc. D) behave with the person as a patient. Understand that he/she is a patient and not doing it willfully. Getting more angry with the patient or fighting with them will not decrease his symptoms. Be patient with them and behave in a loving and peaceful manner.

Dear madam in this period of lockdown if you can contact doctor over phone than it's best. If not than you can increase olanzapine to 15 mg per day for time being and later contact your doctor. This is just suggestion as I don't know the physical and psychological status and side effects of the medication. It should help his sleep and improve other symptoms.
