Hi, if it is actively bleeding, tie a piece of cotton and hold it tight for at least 5 min to arrest the bleed need a sterile dressing with antiseptic cream applied (u can use your soframycin gel, but better is to get t bact ointment) attempt to see a doctor physically to assess the need for suturing the wound for healing try getting a injection tt better to see a doctor, if no doctor is available for night you can get a consualtion from me through video or audio.

There are chances of infection in cut wound in diabetes. It is recommended that you start taking antibiotics like tab clavum 625 mg twice daily for seven days. Injection tt once. Apply soframycin three times per day and keep dressing on it. As far as possible consult nearby general surgeon for further care.
