Hello! I am a 21 year old female and I have quite a bit of problems. I am 168 cm tall and weight 48 kg. I suffer from severe anxiety, depression and borderline personality disorder and I have panic attacks pretty much every day. I don't really drink alcohol anymore and I used to be a light smoker, but I stopped. However there are certain physical things that in my opinion can't be connected only to my mental health such as: I have constant headaches. They are not too bad, but yet very unpleasant. I usually get them in the evening or when I wake up in the morning. The pain is not really constant, it kind of comes and than almost stops, but comes back again. It usually starts behind my eye or in my temple and gradually moves in the "middle" of my head. It never starts on both sides at the same time though. I believe it is not migraine because I never feel sick and don't feel like I am sensitive to light or smells. Another thing is pain in my chest. It is very different than chest pains that occur while having panic attack. It only appears in the left/middle side od the chest, where the heart is. It feels like strong stabbing which becomes worse if I lye in certain positions. It comes and goes without a warning and can be very painful. I can't really locate it. For all I know it could be a rib muscle very close to the heart or maybe even pericarditis. Sometimes the pain spread in my back under my shoulder blade. It is terrifying and very unpleasant. I also noticed I have some kind of heart palpitations almost every evening (also occurring if i'm lying on my left side). I have done an ekg in the past and they said everything is normal. I never had any problems with acid reflux and I also have very low blood pressure and super shallow breathing (sometimes it feels like I don't breathe at all) another thing is a hard lump in the right side of my throat right beneath the jaw under my ear. It has been there for about 8 years and they said it is probably just enlarged lymph node but since it doesn't go away, I don't know what to think. Sometimes it starts to hurt randomly and then randomly stops. It is very hard to the touch, but not painful. Is it possible to have chronically enlarged lymph nodes? I apologize for such a long message but I am terrified and really want some answers. My doctors don't really want to do anything, because my blood work is normal and they feel like I am too young to have any serious problems. I am scared it might be a form of arthritis because my both grandmas and my mom have it. However I am tired of waking up scared and in pain almost every day. Thank you in advance, pia.
