I am suffering restless leg syndrome taking gabapin nt 400 once, pramipex 0.5 twice duwanta 30 mg twice tryptomer 10 mg 0nce evion lc once and calcigrand forte once daily but I have taken these medicine last 2 years but not batter for calf pain. My pathological taste vit b12 vit d3 serum nerve conduction study and ultrasound for my leg all are ok. Pl suggest add or replace above these medicine. Pl suggest.

Is there any iron deficiency anemia for you? Gabapin nt has nortryptyline in it. So please stop taking tryptomer which has amitriptyline. Both of them belong to same class of drugs.
