My fasting blood sugar is 117 and post prandial sugar after 2 hrs is 121. I got doubt and I tested glucose levels after 5 hours meal and it was 181 and hba1 c is 6.4/ i'm diabetic or prediabetes. Should I go for medicine or not .i'm doing physical activity and using madhunashini vati for 2 months. Previously my hb1ac is 5.8 before 8 months. Im not understanding why my glucose levels are elevating after 5 hours.

These are some risk factors for developing diabetes. Though concluding from the details you have provided, make a target of reducing 10% body weight. That will lower your chances of converting you in to diabetes from pre diabetes. Losing weight may lead back you to non diabetic stage also.
