Hello, better avoid taking glibenclamide at dinner time as it may cause hypoglycemia (low sugar) in middle of night or in early morning if at all your fasting blood sugar should be controlled you can increase the dose of lantus by 2 units. Check blood sugar once in 3 days till it reaches 110!
