I am 24 years old and I have an oily t zone area and rest is dry I get a few pimples every month with my cycle but now I am getting severe acne on the right side of my face. It's mostly on the cheek area and few on the chin and few on the left side. Its not subsiding. It started around december 2019 and and has become worse since then. I have used salicylic acid (sebogel), benzoyl peroxide (5%), phosphate clindamycin (acnesol) and nothing is working. I wash my face daily at night with sebamed face wash and apply these treatments and in morning I use spf. Nothing is working, it is becoming worse. Please help.
