Dear , ivabradine reduces the heart rate but does not cause any reduction in the blood pressure. Beta blockers will cause reduction in both pulse rate and blood pressure.

Ivabradine only reduces pulse and doesn't actually affect blood pressure betablockers are anti hypertension medicines, reduce pulse and blood pressure both. And are prescribed by physicians based on individual patient needs regards.
