Hello lybrate-user ji, yes you can use t bact cream rather then ointment for you cheilitis. If you have habit of licking your lips and please stop doing it, or else your cheilitis will recur. Also use vaseline petroleum lip balm 3-4 times a day. Try this for a week and let me know after that.
