I have nose congestion and dryness of nose to ac. I am using telecast f table and fluticone ft nasal spray. It?s not reducing the nose congestion. Since I have asthma I am using foracort 200 rotacaps daily twice. If I have more congestion I am using foracort 200 instead of twice taking three time.

May require antihistamine nasal spray to reduce nasal congestion. Need to rule out deviated nasal septum and turbinate hypertrophy (increase in flesh size).

You are taking the right treatment. Continue all, I hope nasal spray you are taking at least twice a day. If your symptoms do not improve with these, you may need a course of oral steroids. I am available for online consultation.
