Dear Arif, i need more details to answer. Clonil can cause sexual side effect. It may not be like unable to ejaculate. Are you getting good erection? By the way, clonil 25 mg may not be enough for ocd. It needs to be increased after 2-3 weeks. There are other equally good drugs for ocd with different kind of side effects.
