I have a toothache but no cavity or swelling in gums. My nasal passage also hurts sometimes. I applied dentogel but no relief.

Applying anything like.gel.or using toothpaste won't helps. Sometimes cavity is not visible outside when the carries is at the roots. Take proper Homoeopathic treatment to cure it. You can consult me at lybrate. Till then take. Staphysagria 30.
