Dr. I have tremors last than 4 month and also body vibrations I take inderal but I fell not good.

Could be essential tremor or start of parkinsons disease, treatment is different in both. You need to be seen before prescribing medicines either in person or video consult. Inderal is fine for esssential tremor if no contraindications, but since you are not doing well need to see the tremor phenomenoligy.
