Sir / madam, her age is 56. A doctor has prescribed for bp which is 92/144 cardivas 6.25 and astymin syrup. She is taking one tablet of cardivas 6.25 in the morning past 2 months. For how long can she continue with the tablet. She gets a little dull once in 2 days. Any medicine to use. Awaiting for your valuable advise.

Ideally cardivas should be taken twice pulse rate shud b monitored. Once a dull in two days it may be mood disorder.

Please keep her postive and explain the benefit of the medicine its a cardioprotective medicine it can be given life long. Always monitor blood pressure prolonged high level of blood pressure can affect the organs too so its important to keep the bp low.
