I have been suffering from cervical pain since 2 years but last 6 months was difficult as pain was intense I visit a doc. And it helps now I am unable to go as I am doing training in police now it starts again with temple neck muscle strain and pain in shoulder sometimes little flow down of arms I am taking mahagaba painkiller like sumofan myotop calcium and vitamin d a week it do relief but my left scapula I think the source of my all pain as it pops when I move it and cervical started after this it injured during gym and now pain in left shoulder can there is something I can complete my 2 months training without treatment like mri. Are these symptoms are normal or something bad please tell me what to do I am very upset. I took x ray but all normal.

Morning I think he has got some problem with the cervical spine even though your x rays looks normal. I suggest mri scan of cervical spine is better to do it so that it makes like a baseline investigation. Not to miss any significant problems. If the scan does not show any significant problems (that will be a very good sign) you might be better start doing a specific physiotherapy and might be very helpful. Get your blood test to check vitamin d levels and calcium levels which can be easily treatable with medication.
