Hello, thanks for the query. Please tell me why has this query is asked to agastroenterolosit? It is a question related to diabetes. Nothing to with gastroenterology. Anyways, linagliptin is a good anti-diabetic drug, used to treat t2 dm. Helps in controlling blood glucose quite well. However, with hba1c% 4.7%, fbg 85 mg & pp 115 mg. There appears to be no diabetes, as all these levels are absolutely normal. In this situation there is no need for any drug at all. Please clarify why do you want to consider the treatment? Thanks.
