I am 18 of years old girl n my immune system is weak due to which I get sick so easily what should I do to boost my immunity system n my nervous system due to excess sleep more than 12 or 12 hours of sleep I am getting trouble to remember things agr m kuch bol rhii hoti hu sometimes it happens that I have to take time to at least for 5 min to think what I was saying or what I was trying to say? It would be great for me if without any medicines with simple exercises it could be prevents n for immunity n nervous system boosting some organic product is ok for that but what should I do for this kind of health n physic? Plss do telly me.
