I am retired engineer suffering from diabetic 20 years hypertension 2 years I am taking medicine, dianormm, januvia100,bfnervez, olimin ln 40 af in the morning .night tg tor 10, insulin 10 units (baslog. My bp measured now 130/70 at 1.30 pm I feel tired is it my bp dose is more shall I reduce dose pl give me solution tq.
