Hey lybrate-user. I understand how stressful and overwhelming this can be. Have you considered reaching out to a therapist? While medicines work on reducing the symptoms which is absolutely essential, you may also want to deal with the thoughts and feelings that are behind the anxiety and panic disorder. Your therapist would help you address these thoughts that make you feel anxious and process them better. Therapy will also help you cope with anxiety better. Same with panic. Panic and anxiety stem from our thoughts and how we manage those thoughts. In therapy, you’ll work through these thoughts, feelings and behaviours that cause your symptoms in the first place.
